EEG101 hosted a two-day satellite event at OHBM Brainhack in June 2026, bringing together over 120 participants for workshops, open discussions, and community-building sessions on standardisation, data curation, and reproducibility in EEG research.

First EEG101 WG2 Virtual Meeting

This first EEG101 WG2 virtual meeting brings together researchers and practitioners working on EEG data curation, preprocessing, harmonization, and open data infrastructures. The symposium aims to foster discussion, share ongoing work, and build alignment around best practices within the EEG101 COST Action.

Applications are now open for Round 1 Short-Term Scientific Missions, Virtual Mobility Grants, and Conference Grants. The deadline is 31 October 2026, 17:00 CET. Decisions will be announced by 30 April 2026.

MC1 Meeting — Brussels
📍 COST Headquarters, Brussels
The first management committee (MC) meeting was hosted on 24 September 2025 at the COST headquarters in Brussels. The COST action was explained to all members by Wioleta Walentowska (Science Officer) and Flavya Ricci (Administrative Officer), including the networking tools and financial support. We discussed the initial actions to be undertaken by the working groups. Furthermore, the action chair, vice chair and others of the core team were selected and voted into position.
EEG101 COST Action approved by COST Committee
The COST Committee officially approved EEG101 (CA24148) on 20 May 2025, marking the start of a four-year pan-European network dedicated to open and rigorous EEG science.
